vcashpoint is v’s funding initiative for young people aged 16 to 25 in England, who want to set up a volunteering project in their local community. By providing grants of up to £2500, vcashpoint can help young people turn their ideas for volunteering projects into reality!

Round one of vcashpoint is now closed. The successful applicants are getting busy with their projects...look out for updates on their progress inthe vblogs and the vcashpoint section of the forum. There are some top ideas, from sports to arts to working with children, so watch this space for inspiration!

Jo, from v20, says: “The project ideas people have come up with are great. It goes to show that given a chance young people have the insight to know the needs of their local communities, and fantastic ideas to really make a difference. This event is great, because it’s a chance to bring young volunteers together to show that what they are doing as individuals are part of the bigger picture and can make an impact across England.”
