As an Oxjam Regional Manager, you'll bring a team together that will make Oxjam just explode in your city. Together, you'll recruit loads of people to put on Oxjam music events, support them on the way and make sure they have the skills to make the most amount of money once they get there.

And you will oversee all of this, manage your team and touch base with HQ to let us know how things are going. More than likely you’ll just be boasting about how your team is bringing in the most cash, but Oxfam will train, support and celebrate with you whenever you need it.
