The British Red Cross
The British Red Cross supports vulnerable people and people in crisis. Their vital services and activities are delivered by trained staff and volunteers, including young people.Over the next two years the BRC will be advertising 75 new v opportunities for young people aged 16-25. Volunteers will be able to help with:
- Fundraising
- Increasing diversity
- Retail
- First Aid
- Working with vulnerable young people
- Delivering humanitarian education
The great variety of BRC youth projects allows v volunteers to access a broad range of experiences and gain new skills across a range of key services. Typically, a v volunteer will be likely to complete a specific project for a particular service or volunteering area, which will increase their sense of achievement and give a tangible recognition to their involvement.
