The Bashy Bus in Jamaica The Bashy Bus in Jamaica
Our third full day in Jamaica was spent visiting a Children First project called the Bashy Bus Kru in Spanish Town, the former capital of Jamaica. (This is Hannah in front of the bus.)

It's well-known in Jamaica that young people often have sex on buses, and so Children First had the idea of creating a bus with a difference. Inside the multicoloured bus, there is a hospital bed, testing equipment, posters, and a desk and chairs for pre-test and post-test counselling.
